Hi my name is Robert Suddeth, I am currently 63 yrs old, but will turn 64 yrs old during our return trip from Alaska. I was born and raised in St. Augustine, FL. I retired in 2003. My career was in law enforcement, I worked for 32 years for the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Department as a Traffic Sergeant and Road Operations Sergeant. I actually had the opportunity to start the first Motorcycle Traffic Unit for St. Johns County in 1975. I retired in 2003. I have ridden motorcycles since I was 13 years old. My first one was a Harley Hummer and numerous other bikes. I rode a Kawasaki and a Harley Davidson for the Sheriff Office. My wife and I owned a Harley Davidson Electra Glide (HOG) back in 1972, had to give it up when our second child was born. Finally got to get a personal bike again last summer, went from two wheels to three, by purchasing a 2006 Honda Goldwing 1800 Trike. It is a beauty, comfortable and dependable. My wife and I are extremely excited about our adventure to Alaska as it has been on our bucket list too. “Kickstands Up and Throttle Open”.
Hi my name is Judi Suddeth, I am 62 yrs old. I was born in Ohio, but raised in Florida since I was 7 yrs old so I consider myself a Southern Lady. I retired from the State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs, Military Personnel Directorate after 38 years of service on 31 August 2010. I do not ride a bike myself but love the thrill of being the Biker Babe on the back of my husband’s bike. I did ride a Honda 50 scooter, many, many years ago, but that doesn’t really count. I love to travel to new places, and getting to seeing the USA and see how folks live in other parts of the country. Bob and I have been married for 43 yrs and have three grown children and eight grandchildren, we have been truly blessed. We RV’d for nearly 25 years so we have seen a lot of the USA, but have never been to Alaska and it’s been on both of our bucket lists. So as Bob likes to say “Kickstands Up and Throttles Open” .
