Hello fellow adventurers, my name is Doug Tirpak 54 years of age from Lake Worth, Fl (Palm Beach County) I have always thought about doing a trip to Alaska but previous commitments prevented it until now. I have been riding motorcycles since I was fourteen years old. Starting with a Honda 50 cub I have had many off road bikes, cruisers and touring bikes. My current ride is a 2005 Screamin Eagle Electra Glide. This trip will by far be the most challenging ride that I have ever done. I have been riding with a group of long time friends for many years doing two, three, four hundred mile day trips. Furthest trip to date, Florida to Sturgis across to New England back to Florida. I will meet up in Tuscaloosa. I look forward to meeting everyone until then keep the rubber side down, sun on your face, and may the good Lord watch over us all. Doug
